For more information about TEMAK, or to file a complaint, you can inquire with the NGO Co-ordination Board in Nairobi, the official government organization that monitors NGOs in Kenya.  Their website says they will immediately respond to any and all correspondence, and they have been known to promptly communicate.  They can be contacted at info@ngobureau.or.ke .
